Sashiko shirt

Shirt with asymmetric sleeves made of different pieces overstitched by sewing machine or by hand. The right wrist is made of thick cotton overstitched by hand in a “Sashiko” style. Chest welt pocket entirely overstitched by hand using a kimono technique.

Asymmetric waistcoat with kimono collar

Asymmetric waistcoat with double flap decorated with horn buttons and a vertical chest pocket. Thin kimono collar made of two parts, adjustable back.

Sode Jirushi Badge

Sode Jirushi badge made of embroidered indigo cotton, decorated with an antique japanese coin from the Edo era.

Shirt with front yokes and a large button tab. The right sleeve is corded on the biceps. Officer collar with removable over collar which can be buttoned up two different ways. Kimono style back seam.

Long jacket Han-juban/Denim

Jacket which main part is made from a vintage han-juban (short under-kimono). The kimono collar is folded on the top and using a bias shape reminding us of suits. Layered sleeves made of two different denims used inward and backward.

Fall front denim trouser with kimono details

Trouser with decorative fall front and a standard, more practical fly. Two side pockets and two back overstitched pochets. Straight cut adjusted on the calves, front and back pleats. The inside of the pockets and the fall front are made of fabric from a vintage kimono.
