The Japanese Crane – Tsuru

Mist - From the Legend to the Myth, 2015

Made in the spirit of japonsim, the crane dress is inspired by the dancing bird in its colors but also its symbolic. Therefore, the europeanized kimono like white dress wears its feathers on the back like a fan opening into two large wings, a fan like a nod to the dancing maikos, accentuated with a characteristic bright red under collar, but also on its wrists, where the feathers become charms of the dancing shaman.
